Prepare a 9x13baking dish, grease and lightly dust with flour. set aside.
You will need 1 boxed lemon cake mix, Betty Crocker, or Dunken Hinz without the pudding if you can find it. Mix according to package directions, set oven according to the instructions.
In the mix you will add 1 1/2 tablespoons of Orange zest, plus juice one half of the orange. In the bottom of the baking dish dice up 3/4 of a can of peaches. Now for added flavor, decrease the amount of water for the cake mix and use part of the peach juice. Mix according to package directions, and bake. I used orange frosting to top off all the flavors. This turned out to be a surprisingly tasty cake. Hope you'll give it a try.
